My Thread: Solomon's Everything | Runescape Votes Lv. 99 to 120 | Valkyrie of Queen Angel | Construction need re-work
120 content while being a necessity sooner or later, it's not necessary right now.
There are still alot of gaps in some skills for powerleveling. Every skill should have a decent training method every 5 or so levels, AND THEN, Jagex should question the community if we want 120 right now or later.
Simply pushing the level cap to 120 next month, it would completly make no sense and potentially ruin content for alot of skills. Like the skill reworks they mentioned.
FUT 15 Coins would be nice at some point, that they added 100-120 levels to every skill, and in order to achieve those levels non-cosmetically you would have to quest for them. Like unlock them via quest. Imagine doing an elder god series finale quest, and it rewards a selection of skills that can be trained over level 99 non cosmetically, and unlocking new potential rewards from that.
Pretty much Fifa 15 xobx coins's like getting advice towards skill from a greater source of power, as of now, we can level up to 99 under the guidance of weaker gods, elder gods are most likely to be on top of the chain in terms of power, which means, when you get to work for them, you could unlock higher potential in each skill.
Webb demands more on racism and bangs the drum for more World Cup slots
FUT Coins vice-president Jeffrey Webb, world football's most influential powerbroker in the global bid to stamp out racism, has issued another hard-hitting indictment of progress - or lack of it - and says a major challenge lies ahead to make sure the 2018 World Cup in Russia is void of discrimination.
Russian football continues to suffer at both club and national level from fan abuse and violence while opportunities for black coaches, even in supposedly developed footballing countries like England, are few and far between.
Chairman of Fifa 15 xobx coins's anti-discrimination Task Force, Webb congratulated UEFA for its recent strong sanctions against CSKA Moscow and the head of Italian football federation, Carlo Tavecchio. But, he said, it was only a start.
"We are making steps gradually but we still have a huge fight on our hands," Webb told delegates at the Leaders in Sport business summit.
Asked specifically to comment on the situation in Russia, Webb replied: "The challenge there is huge. But it must start and end with education, and it must start from the top down."
When it comes to lack of opportunities for black coaches, addressed many years ago in the United States with the implementation of the so-called Rooney Rule, Webb said this should not be disguised as hidden racism.
"I don't see how this can be called hidden. Of the 92 (professional) clubs in English football, only two coaches are coloured. How many are there at board level in the (English) FA, or at UEFA for that matter? It's only hidden from a discussion and commercial standpoint."
"Last time I was here, I met Eddie Newton who used to be assistant manager at Chelsea. He was doing well with the club but couldn't even get an interview, let alone a job. That's not hidden. It's right in front of your face."
The Rooney Rule, first employed in American Football, insists on a certain quota of minority candidates being interviewed for positions.
"It has been tremendous but in this era, should we really be having to mandate opportunities for qualified individuals?" asked Webb. "How do you achieve a cultural change? FIFA can't regulate that. It has to start with the clubs and the ownership."
Switching to the debate over World Cup places, Webb, president of CONCACAF, re-iterated his stance that the confederation deserved more than its current quota of three spots plus a playoff especially after Costa Rica's rollercoaster run to the quarterfinals in Brazil.
He takes the view that places should be proportional to the number of a Confederation's members.
"We should get four spots," said Webb. "For me it's about proportional representation. Of course UEFA deserve to have more spots than the others if you look back at history. They've earned that."
"But at under-17 and under-20 World Cup level it is much more proportionate. Why can't you have that same level of equality at senior World Cup level? We believe CONCACAF has earned a full fourth spot and that half a slot and a playoff should be done away with."
African and Asian nations also want greater representation but Webb said there had to be a fairer carving up of slots. "There is no way we can continue to justify the present format we have. And proportional representation goes for the FIFA executive committee as well as World Cup spots."
Webb repeated his view that CONCACAF should automatically be awarded the 2026 World Cup, having been hardest hit by the end of the rotation process, and also came down on the side of the Canadian organisers of next year's women's World Cup in the escalating row over the use of artificial turf that has drawn a legal protest from a raft of leading players complaining about gender discrimination.
"runmmo.com actually believe that a very good artificial pitch is better than a bad grass one," said Webb.
FIFA 15 has stormed to the top of the UK retail chart
FIFA 15 Coins has stormed to the top of the UK retail chart. The 21st game in the soccer sim series accounted for 87 per cent of all retail sales in the UK last week, comfortably outstripping the performance of FIFA 14.
Interestingly, the Xbox One and PS4 version of the game outsold the Xbox 360 and PS4 version, despite the latter’s considerably larger install base. The split was 54 per cent / 45 per cent. Next-gen's taking over, folks.

Sepp Blatter embroiled in FIFA row
SEPP Blatter has become embroiled in a furious row with members of FUT 15 Coins’s executive committee (Exco) over the refusal to publish the report on alleged corruption in the 2018 and 2022 World Cup bidding process.
The FIFA 15 Coins PS4 president was accused of trying to silence members of the ruling committee of world football’s governing body who demanded that the long-awaited report by former US attorney Michael Garcia should not be kept secret.
Several members of Exco insisted the report must be published during a “very heated debate” at FIFA’s Zurich headquarters on Friday, said a senior FIFA insider.
Yet Blatter emerged from the meeting to announce that there had been no such requests and confirmed the evidence would remain secret.
It is understood that Blatter privately sought to quell the uprising by agreeing to ask the ethics judge reviewing the evidence for a sanitised summary of the report that could be distributed to Exco.
The insider said Blatter’s claims that no Exco members had asked for the full report to be published in his press conference after the meeting were “a bunch of rubbish”.
Runescape 2007 Gold has consistently used the impending delivery of the Garcia report to defend its refusal to respond to evidence published by The Sunday Times that Qatar’s top football official Mohammed bin Hammam paid millions of pounds in bribes while campaigning for his country’s bid to host the 2022 World Cup.
The official Qatar World Cup bid has always denied he was working on its behalf.
FIFA’s chief ethics judge vowed last week to ensure Garcia’s report, which was delivered to him earlier this month, would remain secret.
Hans-Joachim Eckert, who chairs the adjudicatory chamber of FIFA’s ethics committee, said he and his deputy would be the only people to read the report because the ethics rules prohibit him from making its contents public to anyone else.
His comments prompted Garcia to issue a statement calling on Exco to intervene to force the judge to publish the evidence even if it meant changing the code of ethics.
Several Exco members came out in support of Garcia, but Eckert responded with his own statement reinforcing his refusal to publish the details of the investigation. Tensions came to a head at the meeting on Friday, with angry clashes between members calling for transparency and a faction opposed to publication.
Australian representative Moya Dodd, Sunil Gulati of the US, Jordan’s Prince Ali bin al-Hussein, Jeffrey Webb of the Cayman Islands, the British member Jim Boyce and Michel Platini of France are among those who have spoken out in favour of publishing the report.
It is understood they were opposed by a group of older members who voted on the controversial decision to award the 2018 and 2022 World Cups to Russia and Qatar respectively and were questioned by Garcia over their conduct during the bidding process.
Blatter sought to exclude the majority of members of Exco from taking part in the discussion, according to the FIFA insider, and proposed that only the remaining 11 who voted on the controversial 2018 and 2022 World Cup bids should have a say in whether the report should be published.
After this ploy failed, the source said, Blatter had sought to pacify the rebels by agreeing to ask Eckert to produce a summary of Garcia’s findings — removing the names and identifying details of suspects and witnesses — that could be distributed to Exco and may potentially be published.
However, after the meeting, Blatter caused astonishment by announcing that the Exco members who had declared beforehand that they would ask for the report to be published had failed to raise the issue in the crucial meeting.
He insisted FIFA’s executive committee was “bound by the regulations” that ban the release of the report.
However, it is understood Eckert is likely to be asked to authorise a summary of the report, which could be distributed to the Exco. It is unclear whether he will agree.
He plans to make an interim statement on his progress in November before a final outcome next spring, when the names of individuals found to have broken FIFA’s ethics code and the sanctions imposed will be published. He has insisted no further details will be given.
Sources close to Garcia said the report does not recommend sanctions against either the Qatar or the Russia bids.
However, he is believed to have taken an interest in payments linked to a friendly match between Brazil and Argentina in Doha two weeks before the crucial vote and to have investigated a $US1 million payment offered to the son of a key figure in the voting process.
Many games have tried and failed to compete with FIFA
FIFA Coins is here, and the entire world can finally understand its rave reviews, and why many believes it's twice the game that last year's FIFA 14 was. The game had different release dates in different countries, but it is now out in Britain, meaning the game is gracing most shops in most countries, so why not get your hands on the game critics are calling the "best sports game ever"? The game is out on all Xbox and Playstation consoles, and it looks like it will be a game that can be enjoyed for a year, and one that will dominate the charts.
All of the RS Gold players in the world have been upgraded and downgraded, and the transfers have been made, meaning you can play with all of your team's new superstar players. This is the first instalment that both Xbox and Playstation have had a year to work on for their next gen consoles, meaning this could be a game-changer, quite literally. Many are suggesting it's the most realistic game they've ever played. Many are also baffled that the game gets drastically better every year.
Many games have tried and failed to compete with FIFA, from football and other sports, but many fall short because FIFA offers a new experience every year, yet one that feels familiar too. Each year they ensure the game is as good as new, but allows the last edition to help you get started on your new year-long adventure.
FIFA IOS Coins is now out, but don't take our word for it, you'll want to play it for yourself.
FIFA 15 Ultimate Team is now available for Windows Phone
After EA Sports in the past few days already the top 50, the "FIFA Coins" introduced 20 fastest players and the 20 best goalkeeper of the corresponding player cards, now follows an overview of the 10 best dribbler. In the first place we find Lionel Messi followed by Arjen Robben.
Here the ranking of the best dribbler:
10 Mario Götze - Bayern Munich (Germany)
Luka Modrić 9 - Real Madrid (Spain)
8 David Silva - Manchester City (England)
7 Eden Hazard - Chelsea FC (England)
6 Andrés Iniesta - FC Barcelona (Spain)
4 Cristiano Ronaldo - Real Madrid (Spain)
4 Neymar Jr. - FC Barcelona (Spain)
3 Franck Ribery - Bayern Munich (Germany)
Second Arjen Robben - Bayern Munich (Germany)
First Lionel Messi - FC Barcelona (Spain)
"FIFA 15 Coins PS4" will be released on September 25, 2014 for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. The demo version is already available on the PSN Store.
If only the job of composing for games today was as simple as writing catchy tunes!
On reflection, RS Gold can see that the question of whether music functions uniquely in games could be seen as a little academic for many casual listeners simply after a catchy tune, and perhaps not even carrying that much weight for some hardcore fans of the genre, either. But for many composers actually working in the industry the question is an important one because establishing the role music plays in different types of games can actually determine the approach taken to its very creation – right from the earliest stages of composition through to application.
WOW Gold composers today face considerable pressure to create music that is both truly supportive of the gaming experience and ‘game world’, but is also listenable outside it as well, which I can tell you from my own experience is no mean feat.
Increasingly, composers are called upon to create interactive music that chops and changes as a game is played and, at times, for me at least, the very concept behind doing this can feel like it is turning my head inside-out, utterly challenging my preconceived notions of what music actually exists for. At the very least, in contrast with composing for linear media forms like film and television in any case, injecting a narrative or musicality into interactive music for some games can at times be very challenging indeed - but it can and does work. Some of the time, at least!
If only the job of composing for games today was as simple as writing catchy tunes!
What is 'real' game music and who gets to decide that?
Putting aside the role of music for a moment and what the industry itself deems appropriate for games, even for many fans of the genre the question of what really constitutes ‘good’ game music is a pretty divisive one.
Some fans clearly like older, ‘FIFA 15 IOS Coins’ forms of game music, created in an era preceding the use of recorded or ‘baked’ music and before any kind of equation existed between games and films (let alone between game music and classical music). ‘Chip music’, heard in many early video games, certainly sounded unique and was actually created and rendered using gaming hardware and the onboard sound chips present in consoles, home computers and arcade machines. Indeed, before the diversifying effects of digital audio were felt in the mid-to-late 1990s allowing for the playback of any recorded music (a change leveling the playing field with film, television and the music industry) this was one of the only ways to make music for games.
FIFA 15 Release Date for Xbox One Owners with EA Access
Xbox One owners with EA Access get early access to the highly anticipated video game FUT 15 Coins, as the subscribers are allowed six hours of gameplay prior to the general release of the popular football video game.
Electronic Arts is not just giving away demo versions but the actual full version of FIFA 15 one week before it goes out into the market. After the allotted six hours, the saved data and progress get carried over to the full game once it gets released. The given time may be played all at once or the hours can be spread out over several days. Either way, the user will get updates to be reminded of how much remaining gameplay time is left, according to an announcement by EA on its official website.
However, FIFA 15 Coins Xbox 360 warns that the players who take advantage of their bonus playing time should make sure that they quit the game instead of leaving it running in the background on their Xbox One since that would be counted and deducted from the playing time.
FIFA 15 Coins will be going for its general release across North America on Sept. 23 and across Europe a couple of days after, while it will be out in the U.K. on Sept. 26. This means that the introductory run to the full game will be for one whole week.
Seven or eight years ago, there was no arena,no PVP or PVE
Seven or eight years ago, there was no arena,no PVP or PVE. In that time,we were very similar and we had no essential differences between each other. Remembering that we had a battle in the a town located in South Sea. When we hidden in Sranglethorn we saw some friends with green arrow and blue axe who were very cool . All of us would take part in dungeon activity,as soon as our account updated 60 level. If you are tied, the battlefield could regard as a relaxing place. Our item is similar in that days and we did not know the national team or Grand Marshal. In our mind that only World of Warcraft Gold is the king.
Generally speaking, if RS Gold do not mention the arena and rated battleground, the world PVP is pretty good. However, the field regiment war is eventually occurred in the task, which is not a good thing for the players who focus on doing the task. It is pros and cons that increases interaction between boss and players. Finally, about the battlefield, many players advice to cancel the item level for the game should not depend on a digital. Now. The game is more and more like Black Gold online and gw2 gold, which gold is so important.
Seven or eight years ago, each item had its value and each occupation had its own team signification. MT would diligently function for wind sword and the priest would diligently work for blessing. Alliance had paladins and tribal had shamam. Everyone volatile their own role in this way and fused in the team.
Now,Fifa xobx coins has no differences with anyone’s leaving. The shaman is no longer the favorite and the druids is no longer the last straw to save people from danger. We are using the same BUFF and wearing the same item. There are no occupation honor, the classification of the item has no value as well. The double hand sword has the same speed.
FIFA orders officials to return watches handed out at the World Cup
FUT 15 Coins executive committee members are among more than 50 football officials who have been ordered to return luxury watches worth more than £16,000.
The Swiss-made Parmigiani watches were included in 65 gift bags handed out by the Brazilian football federation (CBF) at the pre-World Cup Congress to 28 FIFA executive committee members and a representative from all 32 countries at the World Cup - including England.
However, FIFA 15 Coins Xbox 360’s ethics committee has said the watches, which have been valued at 25,000 Swiss francs, breached the organisations code of conduct and should not have been accepted.
World football’s ruling body has said it would not instigate proceedings against officials who return the watches by October 24.
"The Runescape 2007 Gold should not have offered the watches, and those who received gift bags should have promptly checked whether the items inside were appropriate and, upon discovering the watch, either returned it or... reported the matter," said FIFA's ethics committee in a statement.
"In an effort to resolve this matter expeditiously, the investigatory chamber (of the ethics committee) will not pursue further formal ethics proceedings in this matter against officials who submit the Parmigiani watch they received from CBF.... by no later than October 24, 2014."
The statement said the matter came to light when several officials reported it to the ethics committee and handed in their watches.
The CBF, which co-operated with the investigation, produced records indicating that it obtained the watches from Parmigiani, a CBF sponsor, at a price of $8,750 each.
An independent appraisal of the watches determined they had a market value of just over $25,000 each, later confirmed by a second appraisal in Zurich.
"The FIFA code of ethics plainly prohibits such gifts," added the statement. "Football officials may not offer or accept gifts that have more than 'symbolic or trivial value.'
"If in doubt, gifts shall not be offered or accepted."
